May 29th Farmer's Market

This weekend, we will not be at the Binford Farmer's Market, but there are lots of great vendors who will be.

We will be back to the market on June 5th with an assortment of cupcakes. Remember, if there is a flavor you want, let us know. The flavors for the next market will be up soon.

Flavors for May 22

This week, the flavors are:
- Chocolate- chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream frosting
- Vanilla- vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttecream frosting
- Toasted Coconut- vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream rolled in toasted coconut
- Coconut Snowball- coconut cake with coconut buttercream rolled in coconut flakes
- Strawberry Cream- strawberry cake filled with vanilla cream and topped with strawberry buttercream
- Key Lime- Key lime cupcake topped filled with lime curd and topped with key lime cream cheese frosting
- Carrot Cake- carrot cake topped with cream cheese buttercream
- Red Velvet- red velvet cake topped with cream cheese buttercream
- Raspberry Cream Truffle- chocolate cake filled with raspberry coulis and topped with vanilla buttercream
- PB Chocolate- chocolate cake topped with peanut butter fudge buttercream and a chocolate peanut butter ganache drizzle
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough- chocolate cake topped with chocolate chip cookie dough frosting
- PB & J- peanut butter cake topped with peanut butter buttercream frosting with a grape jelly filling
- Mint Chocolate Chip- chocolate cake topped with chocolate mint buttercream filled with a mint cream
- Cinnamon Bun- vanilla cake with a cinnamon sugar swirl topped with brown sugar cinnamon buttercream frosting
- Cookies & Cream- chocolate cake filled topped with Oreo cookie buttercream

There also may be a few of the mocha and the salted caramel cupcakes. Due to the large variety of cupcakes this week, there will be fewer cupcakes of each kind so stop by to get what you want. Last week, several flavors sold out! If there is something that you don't see that you want, be sure to let us know.

Cupcake Flavors for May 15 Market

First of all, we want to thank everyone who came out and supported us at the farmer's market this past weekend. The weather was not the best, and the wind prevented us from being able to put up our tent and sign. We will be much easier to find next time.

The cupcake flavors this week will be:
- Vanilla/vanilla- Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream
- Chocolate- Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream
- Mocha Cream- Chocolate espresso cake filled with espresso cream cheese topped with mocha buttercream
- Salted Pecan Caramel- Caramel cake topped with salted caramel cream cheese frosting with toasted pecans and caramel drizzle topped with a sprinkle of fleur de sel
- Cookie Dough- Chocolate cake with cookie dough frosting (tastes just like raw cookie dough!)
- Strawberries & Cream- Strawberry cake filled with whipped vanilla cream topped with strawberry frosting
- Black & White- Moist dark chocolate cake filled with rich chocolate mousse topped with white chocolate buttercream
- Cinnamon Bun- Moist vanilla cake with a cinnamon sugar swirl topped with cinnamon sugar buttercream
- Peanut Butter Chocolate- Rich chocolate cake topped with a peanut butter fudge buttercream and finished with a chocolate peanut butter ganache drizzle

We have finally made the decisions as to what flavors will be featured at the first Binford Farmer's Market on May 8. We will be there from 8a-12p as well as other great local vendors.

The flavors this week are:

- Salted Pecan Caramel
- Carrot
- Cookie Dough
- Mocha Cream
- Chocolate Orange
- Pink Velvet
- Pavlova with Berries (gluten free)
- Garbage Pail Cookies (gluten free)

If you see something that you want to try, we accept advance orders. Just e-mail us to order. Also, if there is a flavor you want us to offer but don't see, let us know and we will try and have it next week.

Stop by and see us...we will be offering free samples while they last.
